Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, change orders, submittals, pay applications, client communication, and project closeout within 45 days.

Provide administrative and technical support to Project Managers across project phases. Manage project accounting (change orders, billings, invoices, job cost reports), reconcile subcontractor invoices, maintain documentation, process submittals and RFIs, assist with permits and contract administration, review drawings/specs, coordinate superintendent logistics, and complete project closeouts within 45 days.
