Manage construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, overseeing schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontractors, RFIs/changes, pay applications, client communication, and project documentation to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Support estimating and bid administration: coordinate bid process, manage document control and subcontractor outreach, perform plan takeoffs with StackCT, write scopes and RFIs, prepare bid forms, and provide project administrative support including closeout tasks and superintendent logistics.
