Run targeted outreach campaigns, conduct structured initial screens (licensure, availability, location, compensation), maintain ATS/Greenhouse records, re-engage silver-medalists, provide polished candidate summaries to recruiters, and deliver daily pipeline updates while supporting physician sourcing as needed.

Manage and maintain site and corporate financial models, forecast growth, analyze business operations to identify improvements, support monthly close with the controller, and prepare reporting packages for leadership and the board.

Provide full-scope outpatient obstetrical and gynecological care, participate in gynecologic surgery venues, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support patient-centered shared decision-making within a supportive, tech-enabled practice.
