Sources and engages women's health clinicians, including CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, and PAs. Conducts structured initial screens, evaluates licensure and availability, maintains accurate ATS records, manages candidate pipelines, re-engages passive candidates, tracks outreach metrics, and provides polished handoffs to recruiters. Supports physician sourcing strategy and delivers daily pipeline updates during a three-month fractional engagement.

Provide hospital-based obstetric and urgent gynecologic care in a shift-based model: 24-hour L&D coverage (7 shifts/month), back up Certified Nurse Midwives, manage high-acuity patients and cesarean deliveries, perform emergent gynecologic surgery, document in hospital EMR, and collaborate to maintain quality and patient safety.

Provide hospital-based obstetric and emergent gynecologic care in a team-based, shift-focused hospitalist model: cover labor and delivery (7 shifts/month), support CNMs, manage high-acuity patients, perform cesarean and urgent gynecologic surgery, document in hospital EMR, and maintain quality and safety.
