Supports daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leaves, performance management, employee relations, policy administration, compliance, and engagement. The role collaborates with leadership and employees, requires confidentiality and strong organizational skills, and involves quarterly travel between Pennsylvania and Michigan locations.

Responsible for full accounts receivable lifecycle including cash application, collections, invoicing, statement distribution, customer account maintenance in NetSuite/ERP, and supporting accounts payable and ad-hoc reporting. Requires accurate data entry, reconciliation, resolving billing disputes, and collaborating with sales and customer service to ensure timely payments.

Manage daily accounting operations, supervise accounting staff, prepare GAAP financial statements, reconcile bank and inventory, oversee audits, sales tax filings, payroll entries, government contract reporting, budgeting, and NetSuite-based reporting.

Manage day-to-day eCommerce site operations and product content, optimize SEO/SEM and paid search campaigns, analyze marketing and website performance using advanced Excel, support tradeshow planning and logistics, and collaborate with internal teams and external web developers to improve user experience and drive sales.

Technical owner of the NetSuite ERP platform: administer environments, configure custom records and workflows, develop SuiteScript and SuiteFlow, manage integrations (Celigo), perform data imports/validation, build reports and dashboards, support stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, and enforce security and change-management best practices.

Manage and grow B2B accounts for medical equipment distribution by prospecting, quoting, and closing sales; maintain customer relationships, coordinate with customer service, analyze territory performance, and meet monthly/quarterly revenue quotas.
