Supports daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, leaves, performance management, employee relations, policy administration, compliance, and engagement. Maintains Paycom HRIS records, prepares reports, reconciles benefit invoices, supports employment-law compliance, resolves employee concerns, and contributes to safety programs. The role collaborates with leadership and employees, requires confidentiality and strong organizational skills, and involves quarterly travel between Pennsylvania and Michigan locations.

Responsible for full accounts receivable lifecycle including cash application, collections, invoicing, statement distribution, customer account maintenance in NetSuite/ERP, and supporting accounts payable and ad-hoc reporting. Requires accurate data entry, reconciliation, resolving billing disputes, and collaborating with sales and customer service to ensure timely payments.

Manage daily accounting operations, supervise accounting staff, prepare GAAP financial statements, reconcile bank and inventory, oversee audits, sales tax filings, payroll entries, government contract reporting, budgeting, and NetSuite-based reporting.
