As a Staff Full Stack Developer, you will lead technical strategy and oversee both frontend and backend developments, ensuring integration and performance of Dialogue's ServiceOS while mentoring the engineering team.

Lead and develop a team of senior account managers serving strategic enterprise clients. Drive retention, expansion, and client advocacy through value-based account strategies, executive relationships, cross-functional alignment, and influencing product and clinical direction. Represent Dialogue externally and ensure sustainable growth and measurable client value.

Provides HR support to employees and managers, manages employee relations and exit interviews, responds to HR inquiries, maintains policies and knowledge resources, improves self-service with AI tools, optimizes Talent & Culture processes, and supports organizational initiatives in partnership with HR Business Partners.

Lead and develop a partner-facing team to manage large, complex accounts, drive retention and revenue expansion, and build scalable processes. Use Salesforce and analytics to monitor performance, run executive reviews, support negotiations, and partner cross-functionally to improve partner experience and operational effectiveness.

Designs, builds, and operates backend applications and API services supporting provider availability, scoring, redistribution, and appointment scheduling. Collaborates with product, operations, data, and DevSecOps teams to prioritize work, document technical designs, write reliable and testable code, and improve system correctness, scalability, and idempotency. Provides mentorship through code reviews, documentation, and technical guidance.

Design, build, and operate scalable data platforms covering ingestion, orchestration, modeling, quality, observability, governance, and BI enablement. Develop batch and streaming pipelines with Airflow, Snowflake, dbt, Terraform, and CI/CD tooling. Establish engineering standards, data access controls, and AI-assisted workflows while enabling software, analytics, and non-technical users to build production-grade data products. Provide technical leadership, vendor management, documentation, training, and full DevOps ownership.

Own and grow Dialogue’s British Columbia market by developing go-to-market and strategic account plans, prospecting, managing complex enterprise sales cycles, negotiating and closing new business. Build relationships with enterprise clients, brokers, advisors, and strategic partners; present to senior stakeholders; maintain CRM records; and collaborate cross-functionally to refine sales strategies and expand the territory.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound email, phone, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting. Research target accounts, personalize outreach, use AI tools, maintain Salesforce records, test messaging, conduct discovery, and communicate Dialogue’s employee wellness solution. Collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to convert inbound interest and book meetings while representing the company’s mission authentically.

The Financial Analyst will consolidate monthly results, verify foreign-entity accounting transactions, analyze budget variances and contract accounting treatment, prepare management reports and departmental budgets, and support quarterly and annual financial statements. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong organization and communication skills, accounting expertise, Excel proficiency, and French-English bilingualism.

Senior individual contributor responsible for shaping enterprise risk management at Dialogue. Duties include advising on business decisions, maintaining risk frameworks, managing third-party, continuity, data, AI, and technology risks, coordinating incidents, automating risk monitoring, evolving the GRC tool, and supporting client due diligence. The role requires regulated-industry experience, strong business judgment, technology familiarity, and fluency in French.

Develop and maintain scalable data warehouse models and curated datasets using dbt and Snowflake. Build batch and event-driven pipelines with Snowpipe and EventBridge, implement data quality monitoring and alerting, participate in technical design and code reviews, and champion data governance, anonymization, privacy, and access controls for sensitive health data.

Support two C-suite executives by managing complex calendars, inboxes, travel, meeting logistics, briefing materials, expenses, procurement, and confidential communications. The role also supports Montreal office operations, including events, conference equipment, visitor systems, and guest reception. Success requires strong organization, initiative, discretion, communication in English and French, technical proficiency, and a service-oriented approach. This position is on-site in Montreal four days per week.

Build, improve, and operate mission-critical applications and API services for Dialogue’s client platform. Responsibilities include prioritizing work with product managers, creating technical designs, writing maintainable code and tests, and mentoring engineers through reviews, documentation, and guidance. The role requires expertise in distributed systems, API design, scalable software architecture, data structures, algorithms, and incremental delivery.
