Develop backend tooling and services in Rust, build connectors to Ethereum and other smart-contract systems, and support DeFi yielding strategies. Collaborate with the Yielding team, contribute technical insights and best practices, and help develop data pipelines that inform capital deployment decisions. The role values self-direction, disciplined execution, blockchain expertise, and effective use of AI tools.

The intern will support operations and administrative functions, manage schedules, arrange travel, conduct research, and streamline workflows with AI tools.

Develop and maintain Rust backend tooling and services for internal blockchain projects. Collaborate with Yielding and Quant teams to build low-latency, high-throughput EVM transaction solutions, apply best practices, and support firm-wide financial control, accounting, and fund operations initiatives.
