Job Summary:
We are looking for an AI-native Cross-Domain Developer to join our team full-time and support development across the blockchain stack and internal tooling. This position offers an exciting role as part of a small and dynamic team, with the ability to shape and impact technical decisions and direction while leveraging modern AI tooling to ship faster and smarter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend tooling and services in Rust, React, Python and TypeScript, leveraging AI coding agents and copilots throughout the development workflow.
- Work closely with the CTO and Development teams to align on product specs and deployment.
- Build and maintain internal tooling utilized by the the whole team to streamline business process and improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with different departments to receive and understand requirement and design and develop solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for on-chain protocols and off-chain infrastructure.
- Work closely with the broader engineering and investment teams to automate internal processes and support capital deployment decisions with on-chain data and insights.
Key Requirements:
- 3 years professional software development experience.
- AI-native: deep fluency with modern AI tools (LLMs, coding agents, copilots) as a core, daily part of how you build, debug, research, and learn.
- Familiarity with Agentic system, workflow design, harness integration and agentic engineering.
- Experience with DeFi protocol design, cross-chain/intents systems, or solver development is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, self-motivated, and driven — open-source contributions, grants, or founding/early-stage roles are a strong signal.
- Strong work ethic, team player, and detail-oriented.
- Based in Switzerland and able to work full-time from our office in Zug.

Skills Required
- 3 years of professional software development experience
- 2 years of professional Rust experience
- 1-2 years of experience in the Ethereum ecosystem
- Experience with EVM and Solidity smart contracts
- Familiarity with Rust Ethereum libraries (alloy, foundry)
- Senior-level financial services and fund operations experience
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated and driven
- Strong work ethic and team player
- Based in Switzerland and able to work from our office in Zug full time
