Directs hotel sales operations, revenue growth, client development, forecasting, and sales strategy. Leads and coaches the sales team, builds relationships with key clients and partners, develops new business, manages accounts, analyzes market and client needs, and collaborates with Finance to meet revenue and profit goals. Represents the hotel at conventions and trade shows and serves as a liaison between clients and operations.

Posts payments, prepares hotel checks, researches vendor and accounts payable issues, distributes cash, makes bank deposits, and audits cash drops and cash banks. The role requires effective communication with guests, associates, vendors, and hotel departments; adherence to company policies; and the ability to stand, walk, use hands, and lift 10–25 pounds.

Drives hotel revenue by proactively soliciting, qualifying, and closing group and event business. Builds customer relationships, conducts site inspections, manages inquiries, negotiates contracts, upsells services, forecasts room and event revenue, and ensures smooth handoffs to convention services. Maintains customer satisfaction, resolves issues, uses Delphi systems, and supports departmental budgets, sales strategies, and revenue goals.
