It works closely with engineers, quantity surveyors, planners, clients, and project management consultants within a supervision consultant team.

Develops and delivers graphic design across brand, communications, print, digital, signage, wayfinding, and environmental applications. Responsibilities include creating visual concepts, publications, presentations, diagrams, maps, infographics, and production-ready artwork; preparing digital assets; coordinating with printers, fabricators, installers, and suppliers; reviewing proofs and installations; and maintaining organized project libraries. The role also values photography and basic videography while requiring strong technical precision, visual judgment, typography, information hierarchy, and project ownership.

Lead urban design projects, collaborate across teams, engage with clients and stakeholders, and champion design excellence in urban environments.

Lead large-scale architectural projects, managing all phases from concept to construction while ensuring high design and execution standards.

Manage project financials from bid to close: build cost models, set up projects in ERP, forecast and report, run month-end close, manage billing, invoices, bonds, risks and project close-outs while supporting audits and tax queries.
