Responsibilities include creating visual concepts, publications, presentations, diagrams, maps, infographics, and production-ready artwork; preparing digital assets; coordinating with printers, fabricators, installers, and suppliers; reviewing proofs and installations; and maintaining organized project libraries. Manage project financials from bid to close: build cost models, set up projects in ERP, forecast and report, run month-end close, manage billing, invoices, bonds, risks and project close-outs while supporting audits and tax queries.
