Administer and manage construction contracts, tender bids, variations, claims, payments, schedules, risks, and compliance. The role advises project leadership on contractual obligations, coordinates bid submissions, reviews payment applications and delays, maintains contractual registers, prepares reports, and supports dispute avoidance. It works closely with engineers, quantity surveyors, planners, clients, and project management consultants within a supervision consultant team.

Develops and delivers graphic design across brand, communications, print, digital, signage, wayfinding, and environmental applications. Responsibilities include creating visual concepts, publications, presentations, diagrams, maps, infographics, and production-ready artwork; preparing digital assets; coordinating with printers, fabricators, installers, and suppliers; reviewing proofs and installations; and maintaining organized project libraries. The role also values photography and basic videography while requiring strong technical precision, visual judgment, typography, information hierarchy, and project ownership.
