Supports day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, payroll administration, general ledger reconciliations, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Lead functional safety design and verification initiatives for robotic systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead company-wide marketing for Dexterity's Physical AI robotics, driving enterprise demand, category positioning, executive voice, content distribution, and events. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to run account-based campaigns, create technical explainers and demos, measure pipeline impact, and build AI-driven marketing workflows with appropriate human review and controls.

Design and prototype algorithms for machine learning and reinforcement learning in robotics, focusing on practical problem-solving and real-world application.

As a Senior/Staff Algorithms Engineer, you will solve complex planning challenges in robotics, collaborate with teams, optimize algorithms, and maintain high-quality software.
