Provide Tier 2 application and software support for deployed physical-AI systems: diagnose issues using logs, telemetry, and DBs; implement hot-fixes and runbooks; embed at customer sites for NPI and long-term support; collaborate with TAC, Product Support, and Engineering to improve reliability and tooling.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll ensure successful pilot outcomes for Dexterity's robotic solutions, address customer challenges, and optimize system performance through field experience and collaboration.

Lead customer success for robotics deployments: manage onboarding, training, support, and program delivery. Build strategic customer relationships, analyze KPIs, recommend improvements, drive expansions, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and retention.
