Manage and oversee a Defense Innovation Unit contract, including performance, quality assurance, deliverables, staffing, client relationships, risks, schedules, and costs. Lead a large multidisciplinary team supporting defense innovation and enterprise functions, ensure compliance with government requirements, provide technical and process leadership, and communicate with senior government stakeholders. Advise the DFC Office of General Counsel on complex international debt and equity investments. Responsibilities include structuring, diligencing, negotiating, documenting, disbursing, monitoring, and restructuring transactions involving energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, critical minerals, and other sectors. The attorney will serve as lead negotiator, analyze foreign and international law, address collateral and corporate matters, and advise on investment policy and transaction structures.

Develop and maintain proposal graphics, templates, layouts, icons, and visual systems for U.S. Government proposals. Translate complex technical concepts into compelling information design, provide rapid support during proposal deadlines, establish visual standards, update branding guidelines, and recommend improvements to corporate materials. Supports evaluation of the Department of State’s threat-reduction program focused on small modular reactor technology. Responsibilities include qualitative and quantitative research, interviews, surveys, data cleaning and coding, indicator development, data visualization, report drafting, file management, and compliance support. The role collaborates with project teams, government stakeholders, nuclear security experts, implementers, and foreign partner officials.

The Strategic Advisor will develop strategies for DTRA business, provide technical guidance, support proposal writing, and enhance client engagement.
