Manage and oversee a Defense Innovation Unit contract, including performance, quality assurance, deliverables, staffing, client relationships, risks, schedules, and costs. Lead a large multidisciplinary team supporting defense innovation and enterprise functions, ensure compliance with government requirements, provide technical and process leadership, and communicate with senior government stakeholders. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, PMI PMP or PgMP certification, and travel flexibility from Mountain View, California.

Provides senior technical leadership to Madagascar’s National Malaria Program and Ministry of Health. Advises on malaria prevention, treatment, vector control, case management, vaccination, procurement, surveillance, monitoring, and evaluation. Coordinates government, donor, implementing, and international partners; strengthens institutional capacity; identifies program bottlenecks; supports resource management; and prepares weekly and monthly reports for the U.S. Department of State.

Supports Foreign Military Sales and related Security Cooperation programs throughout the case lifecycle, including development, implementation, funding, modification, monitoring, and closure. Analyzes program and country data, develops assessments and reports, coordinates with U.S. government and international stakeholders, and supports policy, compliance, acquisition, logistics, financial management, and sustainment activities. Requires strong communication, analytical, organizational, and government stakeholder-management skills.
