Provides financial management and operational efficiency advisory support to the Philippine Department of Health and its hospitals. Responsibilities include standardizing financial reporting, developing dashboards and analytical tools, evaluating capital investments using NPV, IRR, and payback methods, assessing revenue cycle and pharmaceutical inventory processes, and identifying hospital cost-efficiency improvements. The Advisor prepares executive analyses and reports, coordinates with government and hospital stakeholders, supports institutional strengthening, and facilitates knowledge transfer.

Provides technical assistance to the Philippines Department of Health to strengthen warehousing, inventory, distribution, cold chain, logistics, and supply chain data systems. Assesses processes, warehouses, distribution networks, performance metrics, and third-party logistics providers; identifies operational gaps; recommends solutions; and supports SAP-based data centralization. The Advisor prepares assessments and monthly reports, coordinates with government and U.S. Department of State stakeholders, and conducts field visits to supply chain facilities.

Provides technical support to Niger’s National Malaria Control Program in logistics data governance, supply quantification, forecasting, supply chain performance, stockout risk management, warehousing and distribution monitoring, pharmaceutical waste tracking, and capacity building. The advisor develops dashboards, SOPs, early-warning mechanisms, risk registers, and validation tools while institutionalizing QAT and supporting the transition to Open mSupply. The role emphasizes sustainable skills transfer, collaboration with government and partners, and improved availability of malaria commodities.
