Leads DexCare’s company-wide AI/ML strategy, production machine learning systems, and global ML engineering organization. Owns conversational AI, realtime voice, predictive models, retrieval and knowledge systems, safety monitoring, evaluation, deployment, MLOps, model economics, and team growth. Requires hands-on technical leadership, production LLM experience under regulatory constraints, strong Python and ML expertise, cloud experience, healthcare data fluency, and experience building senior engineering teams.

Implements and configures client solutions through service builds, scripting, integrations, demonstrations, and technical recommendations. Translates customer business needs into technology, coordinates with engineering teams, improves implementation processes, and coaches others on product knowledge and technical skills. Requires Python, SQL, relational databases, cloud platforms, APIs, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Lead analysis of healthcare and customer data to identify ROI and product value. Build and maintain dashboards, create interactive ROI models, conduct market and competitive research, and communicate insights to commercial, customer success, and product stakeholders.
