Lead front-end architect for consumer-facing products: set front-end direction, build testable component-based React/TypeScript SPAs, drive design systems, performance, accessibility, mentor engineers, consume REST/GraphQL APIs, support on-call rotation, and integrate agentic AI features.

Maintain and enhance Python-based ETL pipelines and data workflows, build and deploy pipelines for new customers, write clean tested Python code, monitor and troubleshoot production data systems, and optimize data processing performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Own the identity, access, tenant/license management, and API gateway roadmap for a multi-tenant healthcare platform. Define authentication/authorization, RBAC, tenant provisioning, license enforcement, and gateway policies. Balance security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, FedRAMP) with usability and scalability. Partner with Security, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams to prioritize build-vs-buy tradeoffs and deliver a reliable, secure platform.
