Provide day-to-day HR support including onboarding, HRIS (Paylocity) data entry, records maintenance, team member inquiries, monthly multi-site visits, and general HR administration. Support HR projects and provide coverage during a team member leave; responsibilities may expand to match candidate strengths.

Provide executive administrative support to the President/CEO, manage front-office guest experience and hospitality, own workplace 5S standards and audits, maintain office operations and vendor coordination, and perform hands-on upkeep and event logistics to keep the facility guest-ready.

Support daily sheet metal fabrication operations by coordinating purchasing, inventory, production scheduling, order entry, and interdepartmental communication. Maintain ERP/MRP records, track materials, resolve shortages, assist capacity planning, and communicate order status to customers to ensure on-time delivery and efficient production flow.
