Supports manufacturing process improvement through lean initiatives, Kaizen events, plant layout optimization, equipment and tooling development, production data analysis, root-cause problem solving, and new product launches. Partners with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, vendors, and production teams to improve safety, efficiency, material flow, manufacturability, and sustainability of process changes.

Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary communication link between customers and internal teams. Monitor orders, forecasts, inventory, pricing, and production progress; coordinate new programs through launch; resolve issues; support account growth, profitability, forecasting, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong prioritization, accuracy, communication, organization, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
