Participates in technical design, programming, testing, standards, change control, and 24-hour on-call support. The role requires four days onsite in Lansing, Michigan and may involve ADP I or II clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Hands-on SDET responsible for building and maintaining Playwright UI and API automation in TypeScript, expanding reusable test frameworks, validating backend data with Oracle SQL, and integrating tests with Jenkins. The role also performs exploratory, functional, integration, regression, and manual testing; investigates failures across application layers; reviews requirements; collaborates with development and product teams; and improves test reliability using AI-assisted engineering practices.

Develop production-ready full-stack applications using Java, Java EE, RESTful microservices, Oracle, Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js. Leverage AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot for code generation, debugging, optimization, and prompt-driven development. Validate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and security, while applying JVM performance profiling and strong analytical problem-solving skills. The role requires working onsite four days per week in Lansing, Michigan, with no remote option.

Own product strategy, discovery, roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and Agile delivery for assigned customer service, CRM, eligibility, claims, or provider domains. Define requirements, acceptance criteria, and business rules; evaluate delivered work; coordinate releases; track product metrics; support process improvements, AI initiatives, and routine SQL-based validation of product behavior and data.
