Generates and qualifies sales leads through AI-powered research, predictive analytics, and targeted outbound campaigns. The representative uses Apollo, Salesforce, Pardot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and social media automation to identify prospects, engage decision-makers, maintain lead data, and support pipeline growth. Responsibilities include campaign execution, prospect relationship development, opportunity qualification, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Sales, event research, and monitoring industry and technology trends.

Leads projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, quality, vendors, stakeholders, documentation, and project teams. Communicates status to customers, leadership, and the PMO; maintains project metrics and executive reports; ensures adherence to project methodologies; and drives lessons learned and continuous improvement. The role requires onsite work near Lansing, Michigan.

Develops and supports ETL workflows, enterprise data warehouses, data marts, and automated data pipelines. Uses Informatica, PL/SQL, and scripting to move data between on-premises systems, Snowflake, Salesforce, and other platforms. Participates in technical design, programming, testing, standards, change control, and 24-hour on-call support. The role requires four days onsite in Lansing, Michigan and may involve ADP I or II clearance and U.S. citizenship.
