Develop and maintain Playwright UI and API automation using TypeScript for Angular applications and Java REST APIs. Expand automation frameworks, reusable fixtures, API clients, and utilities; execute tests through Jenkins; validate data with Oracle SQL; perform exploratory and manual testing; investigate failures across application layers; review requirements; collaborate with development and product teams; improve test reliability; and use AI-assisted engineering responsibly.

Leads projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, vendors, quality, deliverables, documentation, metrics, and stakeholder communications. Assigns resources, holds teams accountable, supports PMO reporting, facilitates meetings, mentors staff, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires on-site work near Lansing, Michigan, with occasional travel and possible extended or weekend hours.

Lead and coach Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile methodologies. Facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, manage dependencies, coach Product Owners, improve delivery forecasting, and promote continuous improvement. Partner with engineering, QA, product, architecture, compliance, and operations teams in enterprise financial software environments. Support multiple teams, stakeholder reporting, Agile maturity initiatives, and delivery of integration-heavy, cloud-based solutions.
