Provides technical leadership, quality oversight, code review, mentoring, and training for electrical engineering projects. Serves as Engineer of Record, coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, code officials, and contractors, and supports project estimates, standards, and specifications. Designs and reviews power distribution, generator, medium-voltage, lighting, life safety, telecommunications, and electrical study systems for healthcare, commercial, public, private, and federal projects.

Directs enterprise IT operations, infrastructure reliability, service delivery, security controls, technology implementation, operational metrics, budgets, and continuous improvement. Oversees five IT managers, partners with cybersecurity and compliance teams, manages large-scale IT initiatives, and develops a high-performing operations organization. The role requires deep technical expertise across networking, servers, storage, disaster recovery, and security technologies, along with strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and budget administration skills.

Designs and manages mechanical and HVAC engineering projects, including boiler and chiller plants, HVAC systems, load calculations, energy modeling, BIM, drawings, specifications, equipment selection, code reviews, coordination, submittal reviews, site inspections, and construction support. The engineer coordinates project teams, manages schedules and budgets, interfaces with architects and disciplines, and serves as project manager for smaller projects.
