Own data product reliability, release quality, and customer-facing correctness across large-scale, frequently updated datasets. Responsibilities include monitoring pipeline quality, designing aggregate test plans, investigating root causes, managing cross-functional releases, communicating timelines to clients, expanding data coverage, and partnering with Commercial, Data Science, and Engineering. The role requires expert SQL, sound judgment with ambiguous data, and accountability for business outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures; ensure data quality and reliability; enable self-service analytics; collaborate with Data Science, Data Ops, and product teams; troubleshoot and optimize data systems; document and improve data workflows and infrastructure.

Own WordPress platform implementation, deployments, maintenance, security, and operational stability. Develop and debug custom plugins, manage updates and backups, troubleshoot membership billing and SSO issues, perform regression testing, maintain runbooks, and support integrations with Python microservices and real-time market-data pipelines. The role requires strong WordPress internals, plugin and data-model expertise, MemberPress and Stripe troubleshooting, secure REST development, production support, and clear technical communication.

Provides advanced technical support for SaaS customers, troubleshooting APIs, backend systems, integrations, JavaScript workflows, and application issues. Owns escalated cases, validates product bugs, leads incident response, performs root cause analysis, collaborates with Engineering, maintains documentation, manages ticket queues, writes support scripts, and develops training content.

Administer and optimize the Salesforce Sales Cloud: configure objects, security, automations (Flows), reports/dashboards, data imports and deduplication, manage users and permissions, troubleshoot and support end users, collaborate with business teams for requirements, and document configurations and release/change management activities.

Own the reliability, release, and customer-facing correctness of core data products. Manage end-to-end product releases, build proactive data quality monitoring, perform root-cause analyses, respond to data incidents, coordinate fixes with Engineering and Data Science, run QA tests and Looker/BI releases, investigate discrepancies versus customer first-party data, and partner with Commercial to design customer-facing data solutions.

Design and deliver scalable, well-architected web applications using Spec Driven Development. Drive automation and AI-enabled tooling to reduce manual toil, ensure security and performance, collaborate cross-functionally, perform rigorous peer reviews, and maintain platform reliability while continuously improving team capabilities.

Lead end-to-end mobile product design, set mobile strategy, mentor designers, run user research, create wireframes/prototypes/high-fidelity designs, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and contribute to the design system to deliver consistent, accessible iOS and Android experiences.

Deliver standard and custom datasets and reports by extracting and validating data via SQL, BI tools, and proprietary platforms. Partner with Insight Analysts, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing to clarify requirements, review teammates' SQL, use generative AI tools to accelerate data delivery, and ensure high data quality for internal and external stakeholders.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor managing a portfolio of complex, high-ACV enterprise accounts. Lead onboarding, executive business reviews, expansion and renewal strategy, troubleshoot integrations, coordinate cross-functional delivery, mentor junior CSMs, and drive retention and growth through strategic, value-driven engagement.
