The Data Services Analyst will ensure timely delivery of data and custom reports, collaborating with teams to create data solutions and support strategic decisions.

Lead onboarding, executive business reviews, expansion and renewal strategy, troubleshoot integrations, coordinate cross-functional delivery, mentor junior CSMs, and drive retention and growth through strategic, value-driven engagement.

Lead a small engineering team building a real-time, map-based emergency response platform. Own backend API architecture and frontend integration with React, drive serverless architecture decisions on AWS (Lambda, SQS, S3), translate product requirements into tickets, maintain CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and provide hands-on technical management for ~3 engineers.
