Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures; ensure data quality and reliability; enable self-service analytics; collaborate with Data Science, Data Ops, and product teams; troubleshoot and optimize data systems; document and improve data workflows and infrastructure.

Build and productionize ML and generative models (including LLM-powered pipelines and agents), process large-scale messy datasets, develop reusable Python data science libraries, design evals and observability, debug distributed systems, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver production-grade data products.

Deliver standard and custom datasets and reports by extracting and validating data via SQL, BI tools, and proprietary platforms. Partner with Insight Analysts, Client Services, Sales, and Marketing to clarify requirements, review teammates' SQL, use generative AI tools to accelerate data delivery, and ensure high data quality for internal and external stakeholders.
