Design and deliver scalable, well-architected web applications using Spec Driven Development. Drive automation and AI-enabled tooling to reduce manual toil, ensure security and performance, collaborate cross-functionally, perform rigorous peer reviews, and maintain platform reliability while continuously improving team capabilities.

Lead end-to-end mobile product design, set mobile strategy, mentor designers, run user research, create wireframes/prototypes/high-fidelity designs, collaborate with PMs and engineers, and contribute to the design system to deliver consistent, accessible iOS and Android experiences.

Provide remote and in-person technical support for Apple devices, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, manage devices via Jamf Pro, maintain asset inventory, create knowledge base articles, handle ticketing, assist with workstation deployment, and deliver excellent customer service.
