Designs and delivers AI-driven business transformation solutions for customers. Responsibilities include architecting and deploying AI agents, integrating CRMs, APIs, databases, and data pipelines, building prototypes and proofs of concept, tuning prompts and agent performance, translating requirements into technical specifications, leading deployment execution, and advising customers on scalable AI architecture. The role is highly customer-facing and requires hands-on coding, cloud, DevOps, system integration, and applied AI expertise.

Leads customer-facing AI transformation projects from business discovery through solution architecture and implementation. Designs scalable AI workflows, agents, integrations, and reusable platform solutions; advises stakeholders; translates requirements for engineering; supports pre-sales; oversees delivery; and ensures performance, security, compliance, and measurable business outcomes. Requires frequent onsite customer engagement and approximately 80–90% travel.

Designs and deploys AI-agent solutions for customers, translating business requirements into scalable architectures. Responsibilities include system integrations, prompt and agent optimization, proofs of concept, custom development, technical demonstrations, project execution, debugging, and customer advising. The role partners across pre-sales, customer success, engineering, and product teams while delivering hands-on AI transformation projects.
