Requires extensive travel for implementations, workshops, and customer engagements.

Develop customer-facing AI agents, integrations, automations, and Knowledge Graph solutions. Connect SaaS and non-SaaS systems through APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures. Optimize AI performance with prompt engineering, semantic search, RAG, and evaluations. Write SQL, analyze data, build dashboards, deploy cloud solutions, troubleshoot integrations, conduct technical demos, document solutions, and collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams. The role involves approximately 80% customer engagement and up to 80% travel.
