Greet guests, assist with luggage and valet parking, deliver luggage and vehicle keys to rooms, retrieve vehicles for departing guests, provide shuttle service, perform pre/post arrival room inspections, maintain front entrance and lobby, and assist guest services and management as needed.

Supervise front desk and guest services across multiple properties, train staff, manage schedules and inventories, perform front-desk and concierge duties, cross-train with night audit and baggage staff, uphold service standards, assist management and work varied shifts to ensure excellent guest experiences.

The IT Manager provides technology support, manages systems and networks, ensures security, trains staff, and maintains disaster recovery at Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa.
