Directs all human resources operations for a ranch, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll oversight, compliance, workers’ compensation, visa programs, performance management, housing administration, and retention initiatives. Manages HR personnel, maintains policies and records, supports labor-law compliance, investigates complaints, oversees employee communications and engagement programs, and partners with leadership on workforce strategy and organizational goals.

Supports resort property management, point-of-sale, computer, server, network, phone, Wi-Fi, VPN, and audiovisual systems across multiple properties. Troubleshoots technical issues, maintains infrastructure documentation, supports antivirus, ESXi, Veeam, and cloud environments, develops SQL reports, manages system configurations and inventory, trains users, coordinates vendors, and provides after-hours IT support as needed.
