Part-time accounting intern supporting day-to-day accounting: data entry, cash and fixed-asset reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, month- and year-end close support, process improvements, special projects, and trainings while collaborating with the accounting team.

Lead HR strategy and operations for the ranch including recruitment, onboarding, benefits and worker's comp administration, performance management, policy/SOP development, employee relations, visa program oversight, HR team supervision, housing administration, compliance with labor laws, and payroll oversight.

Greet guests, assist with luggage and valet parking, deliver luggage and vehicle keys to rooms, retrieve vehicles for departing guests, provide shuttle service, perform pre/post arrival room inspections, maintain front entrance and lobby, and assist guest services and management as needed.
