Leads budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and performance reporting across development, construction, and asset management. Evaluates real estate transactions, portfolio strategies, financing alternatives, and investment performance while preparing executive, lender, investor, and board materials. Oversees an FP&A Analyst and improves planning processes, reporting infrastructure, data integrity, and business intelligence systems to support data-driven decisions.

Support daily community operations and assist the Community Manager with leasing, resident relations, accounting, compliance (including tax credit programs), marketing, reporting, and onsite supervision. Maintain resident management software (Yardi), process payments and move-ins/move-outs, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve service issues, and participate in community events and training.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and integrated financial modeling for development, construction, and asset management. Provide scenario analysis, capital planning, portfolio performance reporting, and decision support for executives, lenders, and investors. Oversee an FP&A analyst, improve FP&A processes and systems, assist implementation of planning/BI tools, and support analysis of acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and lease-up/stabilization performance.

Lead preparation of accurate cost estimates and scopes for multifamily residential projects. Manage estimating associates, oversee bidding, negotiate subcontractor contracts, track bids, draft budgets and reports, ensure code and safety compliance, and improve estimating processes while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders.
