Provide scenario analysis, capital planning, portfolio performance reporting, and decision support for executives, lenders, and investors. Oversee an FP&A analyst, improve FP&A processes and systems, assist implementation of planning/BI tools, and support analysis of acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, and lease-up/stabilization performance.

Manage day-to-day operations of a multifamily community: lead and develop staff, oversee leasing and resident services, maintain occupancy and budgets, ensure compliance (Fair Housing, LIHTC/Section 42), supervise maintenance and capital projects, manage vendors, and use property management systems (Yardi/Happy Co) and financial tools to report and reconcile community performance.
