Teams at Devco Residential Group

Assists with daily operations of a 430-unit multifamily community, including rent collection, accounting, leasing, marketing, resident relations, lease administration, tax-credit compliance, reporting, and property management software maintenance. Supports the Community Manager, resolves resident concerns, coordinates with compliance and accounting teams, maintains regulatory standards, and supervises onsite operations when needed.

Supports the Community Manager, resolves resident concerns, coordinates with accounting and compliance teams, maintains regulatory accuracy, and supervises onsite operations when needed.

Manages daily operations of a multifamily residential community, including team supervision, leasing, marketing, resident relations, compliance, accounting, budgeting, maintenance, revenue management, and occupancy. Oversees LIHTC and fair housing compliance, property software records, inspections, resident events, employee performance, financial reporting, and relationships with housing authorities and commercial clients.
