Support project managers on low-income tax credit multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage documents (RFBs, RFIs, submittals, change orders), assist with scope, schedule, and budget tracking, coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams, participate in sitewalks, punchlist and turnover, and produce regular project reports using department technology tools.

Support the Community Manager with daily property operations including leasing, marketing, resident relations, accounting tasks, Yardi data entry, tax-credit compliance support, and onsite supervision. Ensure accurate lease administration, handle resident inquiries, assist move-ins/move-outs, participate in community events, and maintain compliance with regulations and company procedures.

Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day property operations including leasing, marketing, resident relations, compliance (tax credit/LIHTC), accounting tasks, Yardi data entry, reporting, and onsite supervision in the manager's absence.
