Lead large-scale wind turbine repowering projects from planning through execution. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and financial reports; manage technical teams, contractors, suppliers, change orders, risks, compliance, and stakeholder relationships. Mentor project managers and site leads, ensure safety and quality, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support technical and field execution. Travel to project sites may reach 50% during execution.

Manages prevailing wage and registered apprenticeship compliance for renewable energy projects. Oversees Davis-Bacon and Inflation Reduction Act requirements, wage determinations, certified payroll reviews, apprentice utilization, audits, reporting, corrective actions, and Department of Labor coordination. Develops project-specific compliance plans, administers LMS training, advises internal teams and customers, and coordinates compliance across project, legal, operations, finance, safety, and HR functions. The role may also conduct field audits and support customer, third-party, and government inspections.

Leads U.S. wind repower and major component replacement operations, overseeing multi-site field teams, workforce planning, safety, logistics, subcontractors, quality, productivity, and project execution. Develops standardized processes, KPI reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and field leadership capabilities. Supports strategy, forecasting, proposals, customer meetings, and resource planning while coordinating supply chain requirements and crane-intensive activities across concurrent projects.

Develop, customize, and maintain IFS Cloud ERP applications, workflows, reports, dashboards, integrations, and business logic. Collaborate with business analysts and operational teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Build Python automations and API integrations, troubleshoot application issues, support users, document changes, and participate in upgrades, testing, UAT, and continuous system improvement. Occasional off-hours support may be required during maintenance or critical updates.

Manage all wind farm operations including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Lead site technicians, oversee customer relations, site budget and P&L, reporting, service logs, safety compliance, and performance optimization. Develop personnel, coordinate with engineering, and ensure timely financial and operational reporting.

Oversee daily management of traveling wind-turbine technicians across the U.S., ensuring scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, subcontractor oversight, customer relations, resource optimization, P&L targets, invoicing, safety compliance, and operational quality. Mentor staff, streamline processes, support engineering/quality initiatives, and report project progress.

Support and enforce EHS policies across wind turbine operations by conducting field inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments, training, KPI tracking, corrective actions, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve safety and compliance.

Manage wind farm operations, providing technical direction, maintaining customer relations, overseeing maintenance and repairs of wind turbine systems, and ensuring financial performance.
