Leads procurement for wind energy projects by sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing supplier portfolios, mitigating supply chain risks, and optimizing costs, quality, availability, and delivery. Collaborates with project managers, engineering teams, and business units to align procurement strategies with project schedules and objectives. Maintains contracts, purchase orders, supplier records, and performance metrics while driving sustainable procurement and continuous process improvements.

Develop, customize, and maintain the IFS Cloud ERP system, including PL/SQL code, workflows, reports, dashboards, integrations, and Python automations. Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions across supply chain, finance, projects, service, HCM, and CRM. Troubleshoot issues, support users, document changes, participate in testing and upgrades, and provide occasional off-hours maintenance support.

Manages prevailing wage and registered apprenticeship compliance for renewable energy projects. Oversees Davis-Bacon and Inflation Reduction Act requirements, wage determinations, certified payroll reviews, apprentice utilization, audits, reporting, corrective actions, and Department of Labor coordination. Develops project-specific compliance plans, administers LMS training, advises internal teams and customers, and coordinates compliance across project, legal, operations, finance, safety, and HR functions. The role may also conduct field audits and support customer, third-party, and government inspections.
