Manage all wind farm operations including maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Lead site technicians, oversee customer relations, site budget and P&L, reporting, service logs, safety compliance, and performance optimization. Develop personnel, coordinate with engineering, and ensure timely financial and operational reporting.

Oversee daily management of traveling wind-turbine technicians across the U.S., ensuring scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, subcontractor oversight, customer relations, resource optimization, P&L targets, invoicing, safety compliance, and operational quality. Mentor staff, streamline processes, support engineering/quality initiatives, and report project progress.

Support and enforce EHS policies across wind turbine operations by conducting field inspections, incident investigations, risk assessments, training, KPI tracking, corrective actions, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve safety and compliance.
