Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ software for DoD customers, collaborate in Agile teams, use version control and CI/CD, work with RTOS and hardware interfaces, and support code quality and design reviews.

Lead end-to-end capture for major Department of War and DHS pursuits: develop capture plans, shape requirements, build win strategies, manage pricing and teaming, direct proposal development, oversee budgets and risks, and brief senior leadership to secure $50M–$150M contract awards.

Develop, integrate, and manage program-wide integrated master schedules (IMS); perform critical path and schedule risk analyses; roll up project schedules; advise program leadership on schedule performance, forecasts, and risks; integrate cost data and support program reviews.

Lead definition, configuration control, and multi-year roadmap for Vehicle Modernization product portfolio (ABS/ESC, drive-by-wire, powertrain, suspension, armor). Own configuration baselines, exception governance, product-level P&L, and cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Programs, Finance, and Business Development to ensure design reuse, predictable execution, and margin discipline.
