Builds scalable processes, improves reporting automation, and mentors finance professionals.

Lead end-to-end systems engineering for mission-critical defense hardware and software solutions. Responsibilities include architecture and roadmap guidance, requirements and interface documentation, design and technical reviews, hardware-software integration, test strategy and validation, configuration management, field deployment, training, demonstrations, customer engagement, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration and domestic or international travel to customer sites.

Develops and maintains software test plans, procedures, requirements, and reports. Conducts software and regression testing before releases, identifies and tracks defects, performs root cause analysis, and builds test automation tools using TestComplete, TestExecute, and Playwright. Collaborates with test engineers and software developers while independently evaluating software and documentation quality.

Own the Vehicle Modernization product portfolio: define configurations, enforce configuration discipline, and maintain multi-year roadmap. Drive product economics and P&L visibility, govern exceptions, reduce variant complexity, and align Engineering, Programs, and Business Development to enable predictable execution and next-generation modernization kits.
