Develop compliant, competitive pricing for U.S. Government proposals by estimating labor, material, travel, subcontracts and ODCs; build and maintain pricing models with indirect rates; perform cost/price analysis and write Cost Narratives; support Evaluation Notices, audits, and RFQs; maintain pricing documentation and enterprise tracking.

Lead end-to-end systems engineering for a military product: set technical vision and architecture, produce system artifacts, run design and test reviews, integrate hardware and software, manage fielding and logistics, deliver training and demonstrations, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful verification, validation, and deployment.
