Serve as technical lead for a defense systems product: define architecture and roadmap, produce systems engineering artifacts, lead integration, verification, and design reviews, manage fielding and training, run demonstrations for stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead embedded C++ development for DoD programs: manage a small team, handle requirements gathering, design (SDD/SRS), GitLab repo and CI/CD management, MBSE modeling (Cameo/EA), sprint planning, risk tracking, and delivery of programmatic contract deliverables with occasional on-site customer engagements.

Lead accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls for a defense contracting manufacturer. Oversee plant and corporate accounting, audits, inventory and cost accounting, DCAA/FAR/CAS compliance, Costpoint optimization, budgeting, and support M&A and executive financial planning while managing and developing the accounting team.
