Perform structural and structural/thermal analyses and sizing for aerospace structures, deliver FEM models and hand calculations, define loads and load cases, support ground and flight tests, and contribute to manufacturing, integration, qualification, and certification efforts while producing technical reports and presentations.

Design, implement and operate security controls for a cloud-first aerospace environment. Build secure baselines for M365/Entra/Intune and AWS, harden endpoints, implement SIEM/SOAR detections, lead incident response, support vulnerability management and supplier assessments, and ensure compliance with ISO/NIST and defence-related security requirements.

Lead engineering operations and execution discipline across programs: resource and capacity planning, KPI reporting, process definition (requirements, change/configuration management, V&V), toolchain improvements, team management (config, QA, methods, PMO), standards compliance, and hiring/onboarding.
