Work directly with the Chief Business & Brand Officer to drive strategic projects across business development, brand, communications, partnerships, and external positioning. Prepare briefings, memos, presentations, and stakeholder communications; coordinate cross-functional work, solve operational problems, run events and press moments, and push complex initiatives to completion.

Lead design and optimization of micro-scale IMU sensing elements using multiphysics simulation. Model mechanical, thermal, structural, acoustic, and electrostatic behaviors; produce fabrication-ready layouts; collaborate with materials, process, FPGA, and software teams to translate physics into manufacturable, high-stability sensor architectures and validate performance.

Manage and secure Microsoft-centric infrastructure: administer Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Intune/Autopilot endpoints, Jira/Confluence, automate via PowerShell, monitor systems, apply security best practices, troubleshoot complex incidents, and maintain documentation while contributing to IT strategy.
