Lead end-to-end technical projects for aerospace/defense UAV programs: plan, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules/budgets/risks, oversee testing, industrialization, quality, client technical alignment, and contribute to tenders.

Lead design, analysis, and certification of solid rocket motors to MIL-STD and STANAG. Define test plans, perform static firing and data analysis, execute FMEA/FMECA, prepare compliance documentation, support failure investigations, and collaborate across disciplines to drive qualification from concept to certified hardware.

Lead planning, execution, and continuous improvement of solid rocket motor and igniter test campaigns. Author test plans and procedures, conduct test readiness reviews, act as test conductor during live firings, enforce safety and hazard mitigation, define instrumentation and data acquisition needs, oversee setup and verification, investigate anomalies, produce test documentation, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve test infrastructure and safety systems.
