Design, build, test, deploy, and support internal business applications, workflow automations, integrations, dashboards, and reporting. Translate requirements into scalable solutions, own features through release, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with PMO, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.

Lead complex material handling and automation projects from kickoff through commissioning and closeout. Manage schedules, scope, resources, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while ensuring safety, quality, and strong customer relationships. Travel approximately 25%.

As a Senior Controls Engineer, you'll lead projects in control design, implementation, and support for automation systems in material handling.

Oversee on-site installation of material handling equipment and distribution/fulfillment projects, manage contractors and vendors, produce daily site reports, perform safety audits using Site Docs, use Procore for project documentation, and travel extensively for installations and start-ups.

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will design material handling systems, create documentation, verify specifications, and support project teams through engineering processes.

The Sr. Solutions Design Engineer develops automated material handling concepts into functional layouts, supports project execution through system design, and collaborates with sales teams to meet client objectives based on data analytics and equipment capabilities.

Design, plan, and execute tests on material handling equipment (conveyors, sorters, AS/RS, robotics). Analyze test data, report findings, identify root causes, recommend fixes, ensure safety and compliance, support launches and go-lives, and train/support field teams during Greenfield/retrofit automation implementations.

Lead large-scale material handling and automation projects from kickoff to closeout. Develop schedules in Microsoft Project, manage budgets, cash flow, forecasting, and billing. Direct cross-functional teams, communicate with customers and stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery and operational alignment.

Lead controls design and execution for material handling systems, develop electrical designs, program PLCs, mentor junior engineers, and manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
