Supervise daily assembly and manufacturing operations for custom overhead crane systems. Lead production employees, coordinate schedules and materials, manage labor and inventory, monitor KPIs, interpret engineering drawings and BOMs, troubleshoot mechanical assembly issues, support continuous improvement, and ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The Warehouser manages industrial inventory by shipping and receiving freight, distributing shop supplies, maintaining stock, operating forklifts, delivering items, verifying outbound loads, and assisting with shop cleanup. The role requires prolonged standing, frequent bending and lifting up to 50 pounds, and working around noise, chemicals, heavy equipment, and machinery. The schedule includes 10–12-hour daytime shifts Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed.

Provides clerical and administrative support for a service branch, including scanning and maintaining virtual job files, accounting data entry, record verification, purchase order processing, DocuWare updates, shipping and receiving, freight-cost retrieval, and retail parts-flow review. Requires accurate multitasking, professional communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, ERP or Sage experience, light accounting knowledge, and at least five years of administrative assistance experience.

Operate and set up a LeBlond manual lathe to machine large parts (48"–60"), read blueprints, perform precision measurements and inspections, select tooling and calculate speeds/feeds, maintain quality and safety, perform routine maintenance, and work independently or on a team in a shop environment.

Support production planning and manufacturing operations by assisting with production schedules, inventory control, order fulfillment, process improvement, cross-functional coordination, documentation, KPI reporting, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Provide clerical and administrative support to the Service Manager including scanning and maintaining virtual job files, data entry for accounting, verifying job files and timesheets, producing and updating purchase orders via Docuware, handling shipping/receiving, and assisting with freight cost retrieval and parts flow to ensure timely invoicing.

Design, program, commission, and install automated crane control systems including electrical schematics, PLC/HMI/SCADA/VFD programming, network integration, shop runoffs, customer startups, and project management to deliver systems on schedule and budget.

Set up and operate CNC and manual machining equipment to produce mechanical components for custom automation. Read drawings and BOMs, select tooling, and manufacture parts to specifications while supporting continuous process improvement.

Develop concepts, estimates, and proposals for industrial automation cells and systems. Create 3D models and mechanical drawings (SolidWorks), produce cost estimates using Excel, and write clear proposals in Word. Collaborate with account managers, vendors, suppliers, and engineering staff. Occasionally travel to customer sites to analyze applications.

Layout, fit, and weld structural steel assemblies using MIG/FCAW (Flux Core). Read engineering drawings, prepare and stage parts, operate drill press and ironworker, support QA, follow safety procedures, and assist with fabrication problem-solving.

Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment to fabricate and assemble metal per blueprints and AWS standards. Perform MIG and flux-core welding, oxy-fuel cutting, rigging and crane/forklift operations, machine repairs, and heavy lifting while adhering to safety rules. Complete AWS 3G FCAW certification and support high-production welding tasks.

Design, program, test, install, and commission industrial control systems. Create electrical and panel designs in AutoCAD Electrical, program PLCs, HMIs and robots, configure machine vision and industrial networks, lead shop-floor runoffs and customer startups, and manage projects within budget and schedule.

Designs, prototypes, and tests mechanical equipment and machinery. Creates CAD drawings and specifications, selects materials/components, develops control systems, analyzes test data, and supports production and inspection activities.
