Manages machinery solution projects from planning through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, schedules, budgets, deliverables, quality standards, customer communications, inspections, change requests, and project transitions. Prepares status reports, resolves issues, manages vendor and subcontractor delays, secures customer acceptance, and conducts post-project evaluations.

Manage end-to-end recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, maintenance, production, engineering, quality, supervisory, and professional roles. Partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, build talent pipelines, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS/HRIS records, support candidate experience, and participate in career fairs and community outreach.

Designs and drafts overhead cranes, crane components, and runways. Creates sketches, layouts, plans, specifications, and detailed CAD drawings; selects materials and components; performs equipment quality checks using total station equipment; and supports manufacturing operations through inspections and troubleshooting. Requires collaboration with design teams, customers, vendors, and contractors, occasional travel, and compliance with facility safety requirements.
