Perform daily three-way reconciliations across 53+ fiat and crypto payment service providers, back-office records, and ERP systems. Conduct UAT for an AI reconciliation platform, document PSP-specific workflows, support month-end close, escalate data and engineering issues, and improve exception-handling processes.

Lead a data engineering team responsible for delivery, growth, pipeline reliability, governance, and engineering standards. Manage regulatory compliance operations and licensing for global entities across investment services, banking, and virtual assets. Conduct monitoring, legal reviews, gap analyses, regulatory engagements, inspections, audits, filings, and policy development. Advise international teams on regulatory obligations, maintain compliance frameworks, and partner with engineers to automate compliance processes using AI tools.

Own security operations across threat detection, incident response, threat hunting, AI-driven anomaly detection, security automation, cloud hardening, identity controls, WAF/CDN protection, and CI/CD security. Build SIEM detections, tune EDR/XDR, automate response playbooks, create visibility dashboards, investigate threats, enforce Zero Trust, and reduce cloud and application misconfigurations. Own risk assessment frameworks and exposure modeling across trading operations. Design rigorous stress tests and scenarios, use AI tools to identify patterns in large datasets, evaluate model alerts, improve monitoring systems, present findings to executives, develop risk playbooks, and partner with compliance to ensure risk assessments meet regulatory expectations.

Maintain and improve global IT infrastructure across macOS and Linux endpoints, on-premises servers, networks, VPNs, firewalls, access points, and MDM systems. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues; automate repetitive workflows using scripts, integrations, and AI tools; support onboarding; manage device compliance; and collaborate with teams and vendors across time zones.

Own disaster recovery and incident management as an engineering discipline for business-critical trading systems. Design and run live failover exercises, establish risk-based RTO/RPO targets, maintain production-aligned recovery strategies, command major incidents, lead post-incident reviews, and ensure remediation closure. Identify vulnerabilities, track regulatory frameworks, collaborate with Engineering and InfoSec, report findings to senior leadership and audit committees, and drive remediation plans. Requires deep technical auditing expertise, regulatory knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to challenge complex engineering environments.

Maintain and improve global IT infrastructure across endpoints, servers, networks, and offices.
