Advise senior leaders during sensitive organizational changes while maintaining editorial authority and reputational judgment.

Lead corporate governance operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Responsibilities include managing board proceedings, preparing and filing statutory documents, maintaining corporate registers, coordinating with internal teams and service providers, supervising staff, conducting screening and risk assessments, and leading governance and compliance projects. The role also supports training, onboarding, process improvement, and the responsible use of AI tools to improve governance workflows and document management.
