Acquire and manage high-value partners across Uzbekistan, including IBs, affiliates, fintechs, payment providers, and strategic alliances. Own partner onboarding, revenue performance, retention, and reactivation; structure and negotiate commercial agreements; conduct due diligence with Compliance; use AI-enabled workflows; mentor newer executives; and represent Deriv at industry events. Success is measured by partner activation, portfolio revenue, trading volume, and retention.

Conduct proactive threat hunting across infrastructure, cloud, identity, and endpoints; build detections mapped to MITRE ATT&CK; own incidents from triage through remediation; perform malware analysis and reverse engineering; expand monitoring for AI-agent threats; collaborate on purple-team exercises; and mentor junior analysts.

Lead full-scope red-team engagements across infrastructure, applications, cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, source code, physical environments, and AI agents. Execute adversary simulations, develop evasive tooling and C2 infrastructure, identify detection gaps, and partner with SOC and threat-hunting teams on purple-team remediation. Mentor junior operators, produce actionable reports, and help shape the offensive security roadmap.
