Lead and architect Internal Audit for an AI-driven, regulated fintech. Build a risk-based audit strategy and team; oversee financial, operational, technology, AI, cybersecurity, regulatory, and third-party assurance; implement continuous monitoring and automated testing; assess AI governance and model risk; and provide independent, evidence-based reporting to the Board, Audit Committee, and regulators.

Architect and lead production-grade agentic AI systems that operate reliably at scale. Own solutions from architecture through deployment, monitoring, and adoption; resolve latency, hallucination, and scalability challenges; establish engineering standards through code and design reviews; document technical knowledge; and align engineering, compliance, and operations stakeholders on safe, effective architectures.
