Lead end-to-end technology delivery for Citi fraud projects and initiatives. Develop roadmaps, timelines, metrics, and resource plans; coordinate product, engineering, operations, client success, and business teams; support contract management; and improve operational efficiency, scalability, product adoption, workflow performance, and client satisfaction. Healthcare technology, prior authorization, and enterprise SaaS expertise are important.

Manage and secure Microsoft 365 environment for an enterprise (400+ users). Administer Entra ID, Intune, Defender suites, Exchange Online, Microsoft Purview, Azure. Implement Conditional Access, MFA, Zero Trust, automate with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.

Develop, maintain, and support .NET-based applications through full lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting. Monitor production performance, automate jobs, resolve issues, document changes, and provide ongoing user and technical support. Collaborate with teams and train peers as needed.

Lead QA for Guidewire P&C projects: design and execute manual and automated tests, estimate effort, mentor teams, drive Agile testing, and ensure quality for Policy systems and Commercial Lines.
