Design and lead scalable insurance solutions using the InsureMO platform, APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks. Support policy administration, claims, billing, distribution, and MGA operations. Integrate AI/ML for underwriting, claims, fraud detection, and customer engagement. Provide technical leadership, establish architecture and security best practices, translate business requirements into technical designs, and collaborate with enterprise architects, product teams, and stakeholders.

Perform manual functional and non-functional testing for Guidewire Cloud insurance implementations and upgrades. Develop and execute test cases, validate complex workflows and business rules, assess requirements against out-of-the-box functionality, estimate testing effort, and collaborate with developers, client stakeholders, and offshore QA teams. The role requires expertise in Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ContactManager, P&C insurance, Agile delivery, test management tools, and Guidewire automation testing. It also includes mentoring junior QA team members.

Design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and enhance backend services and APIs supporting WMATA’s modernized websites and SmarTrip mobile applications. Analyze requirements, create technical designs, resolve system issues, evaluate changes, maintain application compliance, support system hardening and vulnerability remediation, and participate in secure coding peer reviews.
