Creates and manages digital, print, event, social media, advertising, and short-form video content for marketing campaigns. Develops creative concepts, adapts assets across channels, maintains brand consistency, prepares production-ready files, and coordinates with marketers, agencies, printers, and vendors. The role requires strong graphic design, video editing, motion design, campaign execution, organization, and collaboration skills in a remote environment.

Maintain internal records and systems, support customer onboarding and account exceptions, administer AML-CFT checks and unmatched deposit processing, and process KiwiSaver transfers and withdrawals within regulatory deadlines. Ensure accurate documentation and reporting while escalating exceptions and managing operational processes with strong attention to detail.

Supports lead and senior underwriters with new business processing, renewals, reviews, endorsements, cancellations, policy inquiries, and underwriting administration. Maintains accurate trackers, spreadsheets, CRM records, and policy documentation; assists advisers and responds to clients, staff, and insurers. Handles sensitive information, manages multiple inboxes, interprets insurance terminology, reports information to varied stakeholders, and resolves underwriting-related issues while adapting to process updates.
