Provides frontline IT support for clinical and administrative staff, troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and software. Deploys devices using SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot; maintains endpoint security compliance; documents tickets; manages inventory; and provides remote technical assistance. Requires strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Analyzes and improves healthcare supply chain processes across clinical inventory, purchasing, vendors, receiving, distribution, and accounts payable. Manages ERP, item master, vendor, and EDI configurations; produces supply chain reporting; identifies process improvements; supports optimization projects; and serves as a liaison between Supply Chain, ERP/IT teams, vendors, and business users. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data analysis, root cause analysis, and Infor CloudSuite operations.

Provides financial analysis and consultative support to assigned healthcare departments. Responsibilities include developing budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and trends, preparing financial statements and executive reports, evaluating projects and expansions, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-containment opportunities. The role partners with department leaders and executives, creates financial models and proformas, tracks performance metrics, and supports enterprise-wide budgeting and specialized finance functions.
