Supervises addiction program clinical staff through administrative, clinical, and supportive leadership. Coordinates staffing, schedules, caseloads, coverage, policies, regulatory compliance, performance reviews, orientation, case consultation, and professional development. Builds cohesive teams through coaching, mentoring, feedback, communication, and leadership standard work while addressing performance and behavioral concerns.

Provide diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation for patients with musculoskeletal injuries and pain. Coordinate care with specialists, prescribe medications and injections, create individualized exercise and therapy plans, supervise medical staff, and provide patient and caregiver education. Perform procedures such as joint injections and brace fitting to restore function.

Diagnoses and treats hematologic diseases and cancers through examinations, diagnostic testing, chemotherapy, radiation or surgical treatment planning, and supportive care. Performs bone marrow aspirations, biopsies, transplants, and intrathecal chemotherapy administration. Maintains patient records, coordinates multidisciplinary care, manages medical staff support, and serves as faculty for the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
