Provides direct behavioral health services to patients, documents care, coordinates services, and supports program development and quality improvement. Leads or assists with staff guidance, coverage coordination, policy implementation, clinical education, meetings, compliance auditing, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Requires a master's degree, relevant clinical licensure, BLS certification, and 1–3 years of post-master's clinical experience.

Analyzes and improves healthcare supply chain processes across clinical inventory, purchasing, vendors, receiving, distribution, and accounts payable. Manages ERP, item master, vendor, and EDI configurations; produces supply chain reporting; identifies process improvements; supports optimization projects; and serves as a liaison between Supply Chain, ERP/IT teams, vendors, and business users. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, data analysis, root cause analysis, and Infor CloudSuite operations.

Lead enterprise business analytics and decision support for a complex health system: build service-line business cases, forecasts, cost accounting, standardized reporting, and cross-functional analyses to inform strategy, monitor performance, and support expansion of services.
