Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, manage calendar, email, travel and executive communications, coordinate Board of Trustees activities, prepare meeting materials and expense reports, organize events and special projects, maintain confidential files and departmental systems, and liaise across departments to ensure timely follow-through and smooth executive operations.

Assist education staff delivering onsite school programs, tours, scout and family programs. Set up/take down materials, maintain records and safety, coordinate volunteers, revise/create programs, provide excellent visitor service, and support education operations over a 10-week paid internship (2-3 days/week).
