Teams at Denver Botanic Gardens, Inc.

Manages major gifts, contributing memberships, planned giving, donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and gift acknowledgment. Oversees capital campaign prospect assignments, planned giving communications, donor recognition, and CRM/database optimization. Conducts prospect research, analyzes fundraising metrics, coordinates database upgrades with IT, and collaborates across development and membership teams. Requires donor relationship management, fundraising experience, CRM expertise, and up to 30% travel.

Coordinates venue sales and private, internal, and executive events from inquiry through completion. Responsibilities include selling rentals and event packages, managing leads, conducting venue tours, preparing contracts, coordinating layouts, catering, audiovisual services, vendors, and event setups, and serving as the on-site client representative. The role also supports payments, documentation, inventory, customer service, and event troubleshooting, with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
