Support HR Manager/HRBP in recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, employee relations support, L&D coordination, engagement initiatives, HR compliance, reporting, and HR systems (Workday) administration to ensure accurate records and positive employee experience.

Lead a service-line FP&A centre of excellence supporting budgeting, forecasting, month-end and variance analysis for service line revenue and costs. Manage a team, maintain cost models, partner with offshore/nearshore and operations, produce leadership-ready reporting and narratives, and drive planning cycles and MI packs to inform financial decision-making.

Manage, set up, and report programmatic buying campaigns across channels (CTV, DOOH, web radio, display). Build client relationships, promote programmatic adoption, maintain expertise in DSP/SSP/DMP and ad servers, ensure campaign accuracy and compliance, and collaborate with teams to meet deadlines.
