Provide day-to-day office administrative support: manage operations, supplies, correspondence, meetings, travel arrangements, records, invoice coordination, welcome visitors, and assist leadership and departments to ensure efficient office functioning.

Support the creative team by creating final design assets (social posts, online ads), pitching concepts, conceptualising visuals to brief, collaborating with agencies, and ensuring on-brand, visually appealing final graphics and layouts.
