Own paid performance marketing for UK and US cosmetic dental clients. Manage Meta accounts, develop direct-response creative and scripts, launch Google Ads, optimize funnels, and communicate performance to clients. Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, bookings, retention, and revenue. The role is hands-on initially, with responsibility growing toward building and leading the performance marketing function.

Build and own full-stack product features from database design through frontend delivery. Develop scalable backend services, API integrations, real-time data syncing, lead-tracking infrastructure, and AI-enhanced tools. Collaborate with founders and nontechnical teams to shape product strategy, improve UX/UI, optimize performance, and align engineering with clinic and marketing needs. Over time, mentor developers, support hiring, influence architecture, and lead engineering initiatives.

Edit cinematic footage into polished short-form ads (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). Collaborate with creative, media, and content teams to deliver high-quality, performance-driven social creatives, iterate using performance data, and manage multiple projects to deadline.
