As an IT Support Specialist, you will support the IT operations team, resolving issues for staff and dental clinics, coordinating with vendors, and managing hardware and software support requests.

Support month-end close, validate and reconcile financial data across systems, produce monthly reporting packages, investigate variances, partner with IT and Operations, and contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement.

The QA Developer will validate and ensure the integrity of data through testing and automation within the data migration pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams and improving ETL processes.
