Provides bilingual English and French deskside, remote, and service desk support for corporate users and dental practices. Troubleshoots Microsoft 365, Windows devices, networks, VPN, identity systems, hardware, mobile devices, and conference technologies. Manages incidents, service requests, device lifecycles, access administration, documentation, vendors, security procedures, and technology projects while delivering white-glove executive support.

Manage regional marketing for a portfolio of dental practices, using market intelligence and performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness. Develop practice-level marketing plans, advise on patient acquisition, retention, budgets, and spending, and lead initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, relocations, and new practice builds. Partner with operations and practice leaders, manage stakeholders and priorities, and conduct performance reviews and growth planning.

Administer, configure, monitor, and support enterprise applications, ensuring reliable performance, secure access, and positive user experiences. Troubleshoot incidents, data issues, integrations, and access problems; support releases, upgrades, testing, implementations, and post-release monitoring. Maintain technical documentation and change records while partnering with users, vendors, managed service providers, and Technology teams. Contribute to onboarding, training, process improvements, security, data integrity, and incident, problem, change, release, and vendor management.
