Perform general building repairs and preventative maintenance across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, and equipment systems. Troubleshoot and repair machinery and hand tools, inspect facilities for safety issues, manage maintenance inventory, coordinate vendor or contractor work, and perform occasional travel between company locations. Prioritize tasks, work independently, and complete physical tasks such as lifting and working on ladders.

Occasional travel between Wisconsin locations required.

Operate and oversee the digital department's CAD/CAM workflows, troubleshoot software and hardware (3D printers, milling machines), ensure quality control of restorations, train and mentor staff, optimize production processes, collaborate with production for on-time delivery, and support continuous improvement projects.

Support purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and vendor coordination to keep production and sales-order fulfillment running. Create and receive purchase orders in NetSuite/Zimbis, manage min/max replenishment, perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies, coordinate RMAs, and maintain vendor and cost-control activities.
