Operate and oversee the digital department's CAD/CAM workflows, troubleshoot software and hardware (3D printers, milling machines), ensure quality control of restorations, train and mentor staff, optimize production processes, collaborate with production for on-time delivery, and support continuous improvement projects.

Operate and maintain 3-D printers and associated post-processing stations, manage CAD data input (3Shape/AutoCAD) from web forms, perform preventative maintenance and inventory management, troubleshoot workflow issues, follow detailed instructions, and work collaboratively in a high-volume dental lab environment. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.

Provide administrative support for a dental laboratory: manage cases from receipt through completion (scheduling, tracking, shipping, billing), maintain records in lab management software, handle phone/email communications with clients and vendors, support office organization, and collaborate with team members across locations to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
