Leads the dental laboratory’s Data Entry/Login team, managing daily workflow, staffing, training, case-entry accuracy, case prioritization, and coordination with Case Flow and Production. Communicates with dental practices about prescriptions, scheduling, missing information, rushes, and holds. Conducts audits, maintains SOPs, resolves workflow issues, supports process improvements, and provides hands-on coverage during high-volume periods.

Perform general building repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry systems. Inspect facilities for safety, manage maintenance inventory, coordinate vendors, and perform occasional inter-site travel.
