Supervises Area Managers, operations personnel, and drivers; manages staffing, performance, budgets, P&L, assets, fleet, vendors, customer relationships, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The role oversees safety programs, equipment maintenance, operational reporting, financial planning, and service growth while maintaining standards across office, processing, outdoor, and transportation environments.

Manage the full sales cycle for organic bulk products across North Carolina: generate leads, close deals, grow accounts, prepare proposals, coordinate logistics, represent the company at events, and use CRM to track activity. Role requires regular travel (2-3 days/week), relationship-building with decision-makers, and collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors.

Processes, verifies, codes, and reconciles high-volume vendor invoices and payments. Maintains accurate general-ledger coding, vendor records, and accounts-payable files; matches invoices with purchase orders and supporting documentation; resolves discrepancies; communicates with vendors and internal teams; supports payment processing, month-end and year-end close, audits, reconciliations, internal controls, and process improvements.

Supports daily office operations through customer service, order entry, payment processing, delivery coordination, inventory monitoring, reporting, data entry, filing, and administrative support. Communicates with customers, sales, dispatch, production, drivers, and management while maintaining accurate records and resolving routine issues. The role is full-time and on-site in Conroe, Texas, and requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Manage multiple regional operational locations, leading Area Managers, employees, and drivers while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, customer service, equipment performance, staffing, vendor management, and profitability. Oversee trucks and related equipment, financial results, employee development, operational reporting, site conditions, and compliance with OSHA, DOT, environmental regulations, and company policies. Frequent travel throughout the assigned territory is required.

Lead demand generation and marketing operations to accelerate pipeline growth. Manage paid media, marketing automation, CRM lead flows, A/B testing, attribution, and analytics. Partner with sales, creative, and agencies to optimize conversion, report KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV), and recommend scalable martech solutions while ensuring data privacy compliance.
